SUMMARY
We’re looking for a culturally plugged-in, creatively driven Social Media Manager to lead our local social channels. This person will be responsible for building a vibrant and consistent presence across platforms—driving awareness, growth, engagement, demand, and bookings through standout content and strategic execution.
The candidate will be crafting and posting content, and collaborating with partners, creators, and the wider Ace team to ensure we remain relevant and resonant within the local scene. This role is key in shaping how Ace shows up in the world—always balancing brand integrity with creative flair and local nuance.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media and content marketing, ideally within a creative or lifestyle-led brand, with a proven track record of growing engaged communities and driving real results. This position also requires strong knowledge of Athens' cultural landscape—music, food, art, and emerging creative scenes, and experience managing partnerships, creator collaborations, and influencer campaigns.
