Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager located in Telok Panglima Garang. The Site Manager will oversee daily site operations, manage project timelines, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and coordinate with contractors and project teams. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, preparing site reports, and resolving on-site issues promptly. The Site Manager will also be involved in planning and budgeting activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site management and project coordination
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and compliance standards
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to work on-site in Telok Panglima Garang
• Fluency in English; additional languages would be advantageous
