A Site Manager leads a few businesses. They come with 5-6 years’ experience and handle the overall management of one site by setting the direction and the pace at which the team moves. They analyse strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and take corrective measures. Site Managers are the owners of the business unit. They exhibit entrepreneurial thinking and behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Plan and set up photo operations at assigned locations, including permits, logistics, and equipment readiness.
• Lead daily operations, manage team schedules, staffing, training, and performance.
• Serve as the main contact for partners, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth collaboration.
• Maintain quality standards by reviewing output and supervising team leaders.
• Manage site equipment, IT tools, cash handling, and inventory.
• Ensure safety, legal compliance, and adherence to site regulations.
• Troubleshoot issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Track and report sales, revenue, and site performance data.
• Drive continuous improvement, team development, and site profitability.
• Collaborate with departments like HR, IT, Finance, and Marketing to align site goals.
• Step in as Team Leader when required due to business needs.
• Optimise site revenue through effective staff planning, upselling, and performance tracking (Per Cap, Capture%, Conversion, ATV, labour cost).

Qualifications

• Graduate and above. (Preferred)
• 3 years (Preferred) of experience in customer-facing roles (Retail, Photography, F&B, Hospitality, Telecom, Finance, or IT Services preferred).
• Prior experience in a managerial role with basic office or technical skills is a plus.
