Site Development Project Manager/Senior Project Manager – Austin, TX

We are looking for an experienced Site Development Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a growing team in South Austin, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in civil engineering and a focus on commercial, retail, industrial, and multi-family development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site development projects, including planning and specifications for commercial, retail, industrial, and multi-family developments.
• Supervise and mentor engineers and CAD technicians.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and project delivery.
• Handle project management reporting, invoicing, and scheduling.
• Oversee various aspects of the project, including grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers, and stormwater management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on site development (commercial, retail, industrial, or multi-family).
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, or other modeling software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MUD Districts or working on city/county projects is a plus.
