Responsibilities

• Search and find location for opening new store for retail business.
• Planning & mapping potential area for retail location.
• Negotiation of the price for extending land lease with external (land owner and building management)
• Ensuring the rent price is still within the budget
• Closing process of all documents related especially Berita Acara Kesepakatan (land owner) and agreement

Preferred Skills

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in business development and channel development field (retail business background preferably)
• Experienced in Retail industry and opening store in mall
• Good in managing data
• Good in team work and communication skill
• Willing to travel
• Willing to be placed in Landmark Pluit North Jakarta Office
