Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Single-Unit Gravure Printing Operator located in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The Printing Operator will be responsible for printer support, print production, printing, bindery, and inkjet operations on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of experience operating gravure printing machines, preferably single-unit or narrow-web gravure presses
• Experience with cylinders, inks, and substrates like paper, plastic films, or foils
• Ability to set up, operate, and adjust single-unit gravure presses
• Knowledge of ink viscosity, cylinder alignment, web tension, and drying systems
• Understanding of color matching, registration, and print repeat accuracy
• Skills in cleaning and maintaining gravure cylinders and inking systems
• Perform visual and technical inspections to ensure print quality meets customer specifications
• Conduct sample checks, density checks, and color control during production
• Ability to stand for long hours and lift/move materials
• Attention to detail and precision-focused mindset
• Good communication skills with supervisors and team members
• Ability to follow production schedules and work orders
