Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Gravure Printing Operator at AJT Group located in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The operator should operate and maintain multi-unit gravure printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials. Responsible for ink viscosity, cylinder alignment, registration, and color consistency throughout the print run. 

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of hands-on experience operating rotogravure printing machines.
• Familiarity with specific machine brands (e.g., Cerutti, Bobst, Uteco) can be a plus.
• Knowledge of printing substrates (paper, plastic films, foil, etc.).
• Understanding of gravure printing processes (color matching, ink viscosity, registration, etc.).
• Ability to set up, adjust, and maintain printing machinery.
• Skills in troubleshooting printing issues (e.g., color inconsistency, print defects).
• Knowledge of machine maintenance and basic mechanical repair.
• Familiarity with quality standards (ISO, GMP, etc.).
• Attention to detail for inspecting printed materials for accuracy and defects.
• Ability to stand for long hours, lift heavy materials (depending on setup), and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to work with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to follow work orders, technical drawings, and safety protocols.
