About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing and forward-thinking national company, is seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Project Manager or Junior Project Manager to join their Brisbane team. With a reputation for delivering high-quality projects and strong client retention, they are looking for a professional who can take ownership of projects and contribute to their continued success.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee projects from conception to completion, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including design, manufacturing, and installation. The role involves collaborating with internal departments and external contractors, ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from sales handover through to completion, managing client relationships effectively.
• Oversee all project elements, including design, procurement, manufacturing, and installation.
• Coordinate with the design department, production teams, and the admin office for procurement.
• Manage external installation crews and liaise with clients throughout the project cycle.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, obtaining necessary permits and council approvals as required.
• Use project management software to track and manage deliverables.
• Conduct project cost analysis to identify and address potential cost overruns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
