Due to recently awarded projects, our client, a leading Construction & Design Company, is looking to expand their team of Site Managers in North and South Brisbane. These are permanent roles with plenty of projects in the pipeline, they are looking for people wanting longevity with a well respected company

The successful applicants will have previous commercial construction experience working on new build and fit out projects worth up to $20M. Previous tower cranes and structures experience is required, and QBCC license would be advantageous.

As The Site Manager You Will Be Responsible For

• Management and leadership for the co-ordination of trades, direct labour and materials
• Liaison between Engineers, Senior Management and Principal Contractor
• Ensuring that problems are resolved, and all personnel on-site adhere and maintain a high standard of Health & Safety
• Driving project to completion on time, to quality and under budget
  
  

To be considered for the role of Site Manager you will require:

• Previous experience in a Site Manager role
• Low or mid rise commercial build project experience would be preferred
• Refurb and New Build experience
• Construction-related tertiary qualification is preferred
• The ability to lead a team, communicating effectively with people at every stage of the project
• A desire to take on a long-term role where you will grow with the business
