We are seeking a SharePoint Migration Expert to lead the end-to-end migration from SharePoint on-premises (2013/2016) to SharePoint Online (M365). The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate and execute complex migration projects with minimal disruption to business operations.

• Plan, design, and execute the migration of SharePoint environments from on-premises to SharePoint Online.
• Perform pre-migration assessments, identify risks, and develop detailed roadmaps.
• Utilize tools such as Sharegate, Microsoft Migration Tool, and PowerShell for streamlined migration.
• Evaluate and modernize legacy features like SharePoint Designer workflows, InfoPath forms, event receivers, and timer jobs.
• Troubleshoot complex migration issues including customizations, permissions, integrations, and performance bottlenecks.
• Post-migration configuration of SharePoint Online sites, including modern team sites, communication sites, and hub sites.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and minimal business impact.
• Provide documentation, training, and post-migration support to end-users and administrators.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in SharePoint administration and consulting.
• Minimum of 2 years dedicated to SharePoint migration projects.
• Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or Enterprise Administrator Expert, are a plus.

• Deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, site structures, permissions, and content databases.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint migration tools (Sharegate, Microsoft SPMT).
• Strong PowerShell scripting abilities for automation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Azure AD.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, SPFx, and front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, REST API, and jQuery.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, Web Services, and Active Directory integrations.
• Experience assessing and modernizing deprecated SharePoint features.
