Responsibilities -

• Manage end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, and enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and project goals
• Prepare and manage detailed project plans with clear scope, timelines, and risk mitigation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical + functional) to ensure milestone success
• Manage scope changes, risks, escalations, and project documentation
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with SAP best practices
• Conduct status reviews and provide progress reports to senior leadership
• Oversee user training, system testing, and post-go-live support

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of SAP experience with 3+ years in project management
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP FICO, MM/EWM, and PP/QM
• Hands-on experience managing full-cycle SAP implementations
• PMP / PRINCE2 / SAP Activate certification is an advantage
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills
• Experience working with onsite-offshore models
• Exposure to S/4HANA implementation or migration projects
