该职位来源于猎聘 Education

MS in Communication System, Computer Science, Electro-optics, Physics or Electrical Engineering with strong Optical Transport System and fiber optic background is required, PHD is preferred;

Experience

5+ years optical or related industry design experience in optical module and system companies；
5+ years system design experience in telecom industry, optical component, optical module area；
Familiar with optical components, including optical switch technology and implementation；
Broad and comprehensive knowledge of optical fiber communication in optics, HW, network architectures, applications and protocols； Job Responsibility:
Product development
Work to define system architecture from system aspect. Provide product system requirement to design team;
Work with design team to complete design and Verification. Solve key issues during the design;
Support and attend Customer meeting and support;
Support some RFI and RFQ;
Optical Transmission Performance Design and Verify
Working with Customer to support North Bound Interface and model discussion;
Design and provide NBI model of management interface for R&D development;
Attend Industry standard discussion and contribution on optical transmission system;
Support Knowledge transfer to R&D and other teams;
Innovation and Technical driving
Actively take part in development new technology and new platform. Release Paper work and filing IP;
Study Optical system technical future demand and optical module architecture, contribute to optical communication technology driving;
