As a CBRE ServiceNow Principal Software Engineer, you will have experience with ServiceNow, web-based applications and technologies, possess strong communication skills, and have the desire to learn the general operations of a global D&T organization.

What You'll Do:

* Under broad direction provide architecture, development, and administration of CBRE’s global ServiceNow platform.
* Evaluate, design, and develop new features and roadmaps
* Serve as primary technical point of contact on customer engagements of the highest complexity and value.
* Understand business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation.
* Analyze system processes and develop enhancements to improve user experience and general system usability.
* Function as the principal ServiceNow SME. Mentor/assist other team members where needed.
* Diagnose and isolate incidents through testing and work to develop workarounds and/or fixes for system related issues.
* Work with users to fully utilize the ServiceNow product suite.
* Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and 3rd party system (REST, SOAP, orchestration, and other relevant methodologies)
* Develop transformative AI solutions that enhance user experiences and improve operational efficiencies
* Develop scripts on the ServiceNow platform to automate tasks and integrations
