Summary

Job Description: ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Lead

Experience – 6+ Years

Location - PAN India


  • Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including application UI configuration, workflow configuration, development of required client specific reporting, development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.)
  • Hands on experience of Legacy Applications Migration to ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge, understanding and Hands on experience of Scoped Apps, Application repository ( App Repo)
  • Interface with ServiceNow technical teams such as cloud infrastructure to successfully set up the SaaS platform.
  • Be a key member of the overall implementation project team.
  • Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related.
  • Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
  • Jelly a plus i.e., UI Macros / UI Page development, Content Management System / Portal Development
  • Advanced Skills with ServiceNow Development APIs
  • Web Service Integration experience
  • LDAP Integration experience
  • Single Sign-on configuration and administration
  • RDBMS/SQL Experience - in establishing integrations through JDBC and the MID Server
  • Business Process Management/Automation
  • Experienced and Comfortable Presenting to large Audiences
  • Advanced Application Experience: Orchestration, Discovery + CMDB, Asset Management, PPM Suite
  • 5-7 Years Engineering and Development experience in ServiceNow
  • 4-5 plus years of hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow ITSM Modules Development and Implementation
  • Hands on experience on various IT Services modules of ServiceNow viz. Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalogue Requests, Service Portal, Configuration Management, Release, ServiceNow Administration, Knowledge Management, Reporting, Gauges, Integration with Web Services.
  • Understanding and hands on experience of Legacy Applications Migration conditions
  • High proficiency in developing workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions, catalog items, demonstrate knowledge of JavaScript, Angular JS.
  • Experience in writing Data Sources, transform maps and properly analyzing coalesce.
  • Worked in configuration of Workflows, creating approvals and Execution plans for the catalog items.
  • Worked on integrating ServiceNow with external SOAP and REST based web services.
  • Experience in server scripting (business rules/script includes) and has a strong understanding of server/client APIs.
  • Good working knowledge in debugging and optimizing the performance of Catalog Client Scripts, UI scripts and UI Policies.
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow Dev instance establishment and migration of update sets to Test and Prod environment.
  • Implementation Specialist Trainings accreditation and certifications is desirable in at least one of the following:
  • CIS – ITSM Implementation
  • Demonstrate knowledge of UI design and strong UI programming skills.
  • Good understanding and hands-on experience in CMDB, Discovery and Event Management Concepts and their integrations with ITSM modules
  • Handson experience on implementing ServiceNow Integrations with 3rd party tools
  • Experience interviewing stakeholders to gather system requirements, develop conceptual designs and the implementation of the design within ServiceNow
  • Expert knowledge with ServiceNow Asset Management module, Scan delivery of IT asset into the Asset Inventory Database and Demonstrate knowledge to integrate MS SCCM tool with ServiceNow
  • Establish the process to ensure that assets under the control of the IT organization are identified, controlled and properly cared for throughout their lifecycle and Track change activities of assets due to installations, movements, transfers, and removals
  • Expert knowledge with ServiceNow ITSM module and knowledge in developing workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions, catalog items
  • Demonstrate knowledge of UI design and strong UI programming skills and experience interviewing stakeholders to gather system requirements, develop conceptual designs and the implementation of the design within ServiceNow
  • Intermediate knowledge on how following tools works with respect to application deployment: Jenkins, Chef, Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, Database etc.
  • Integrations knowledge like LDAP, SSO, JIRA, Workday, Slack, Tanium etc.
  • Experience with networking devices.
  • Experienced with networking concepts like proxy servers and Firewalls.
  • Good documentation and communication skills
  • Exposure working in agile project teams.
