As a ServiceNow Industry Expert in the Digital Workplace Solutions group, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and launching customer-centric ServiceNow offerings covering the tech workflow (ITSM, ITOM, HAM & SAM) and assisting with deal solutioning. This position requires a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of ServiceNow and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to bring innovative solutions to market.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management:
* Plan, execute, and oversee DWS ServiceNow offerings, including scope definition, timeline management, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
* Develop and maintain detailed roadmaps and reports to ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and milestones.
Stakeholder Coordination and Solutioning:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations, to align project goals with business objectives.
* Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations management. This includes being the SME for deal solutioning.
Budget and Resource Management:
* Ensure cost control and manage resources effectively to deliver projects within financial constraints.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
* Establish KPIs to measure success and track progress against goals.
* Prepare and present status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
