The ServiceNow Developer will be part of an agile team, building out and/or supporting the implementation of custom applications, 3rd party integrations and Automated Testing Framework (ATF) capabilities within ServiceNow. Successful candidates will be able to think critically in solving mission critical issues, supporting end to end development of both front-end and back-end development including workflow and custom plug-ins. The candidate will need to ensure that development standards are adhered to and platform performance is kept stable.

What we are looking for:

ServiceNow Development Expertise :

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM Pro, specifically the Continuous Improvement (CIM) application
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.)
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow, and Automation
• Familiarity with ServiceNow UI development (UI Policies, UI Actions, Portal, Widgets)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow data structures, CMDB, and relationships

· Migration & Integration :

• Experience migrating from custom applications to out-of-the-box ServiceNow solutions
• Ability to analyze and refactor legacy custom scripts, workflows, and tables
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for integrations
• Knowledge of data transformation and migration best practices

· System Architecture & Performance :

• Understanding of ServiceNow best practices for scalability and performance
• Experience in system stability, error handling, and governance

The pay range for this role is $115,000 - $130,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
