Elastify is looking for a ServiceNow Developer for a hybrid 6 month contract in downtown Toronto.

ServiceNow skills:

- 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment & production support

- Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response implementations for an enterprise customer

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR) (Highly preferred)

- Knowledge of ServiceNow SecOps suite, including Vulnerability Response (VR), Security Incident Response (SIR), Data loss and Prevention (DLP), and Threat Intelligence

- Understanding of the ServiceNow CMDB and its relation to Vulnerability Response

- Experience with core ServiceNow features such as Workspaces, Flow Designer/Workflow editor, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts

- Experience with Vulnerability Management Workspace

- Knowledge of building custom widgets in a ServiceNow Workspace

- Knowledge of ServiceNow Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, third-party security tools)General Cybersecurity skills:

- Familiarity with Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE), Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS), and Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE)

- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (Qualys, TVM, etc.) and integrating them with ServiceNow

- Understanding of NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001, and other cybersecurity frameworksPreferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery (CIS-D) for CMDB expertise

- Exposure to GRC and risk-based vulnerability management

- CISSP (nice to have)
