Job Summary:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow development, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Workflows.
• Knowledge of Service Portal development and UI customization.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules.
• Strong understanding of ACLs, security rules, and data policies in ServiceNow.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using API/web services.
• ITIL v3/v4 certification is a plus.
• ServiceNow Developer or Administrator certification is preferred.
