ServiceNow Developer

SoHo Dragon is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Portfolio Management (SPM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and IT Operations Management (ITOM). You will play a vital role in enhancing our ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns with our business processes, and drives operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow Development
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, including applications, modules, and integrations.
• Customize ServiceNow to meet the needs of the organization while adhering to industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain client scripts and REST APIs for seamless integration.
• Collaboration and Support
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Provide technical support and expertise in troubleshooting ServiceNow issues and incidents.
• System Optimization
• Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for enhancement.
• Implement changes and improvements to optimize ServiceNow functionality.
• Documentation and Training
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow configurations, processes, and solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on utilizing ServiceNow effectively.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
• Expertise in ITSM, SPM, GRC, and ITOM is essential.
• Proficiency in developing REST APIs and client scripts is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
