Position Requirements: * The position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related field. * The qualified candidate must have at least 1 year (12 months) of experience in a software development position or closely related occupation. * The qualified candidate must also have at least 1 year (12 months) of experience with all of the following: (a) designing, developing, and performing systems integration and process automation in ServiceNow platform; (b) creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production; (c) creating workflows for incident management, change management, and service requests; (d) configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping and Orchestration; (e) building out catalog items for ServiceNow platform; (f) designing, developing and implementing ITSM (Information Technology Systems Management) practices and methodologies; and (g) utilizing the following tools and technologies: ServiceNow, Javascript, Angular, REST APIs, CSS, and HTML. * All experience may be gained concurrently.
