Join our dynamic team as a ServiceNow Developer, where you'll be at the forefront of automation and workflow development within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Collaborate with a diverse group of system analysts, developers, and engineers to build tools that support best practices and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize software within the ServiceNow platform to meet application requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with process teams and stakeholders to confirm requirements and push for testing.
• Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and grooming sessions.
• Update and manage tasks in Jira.
• Assist in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements.
• Collaborate with other development staff for quality and consistency.
• Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Develop and maintain operational and system-level documentation.
• Analyze system specifications and design, develop, modify, and install customized software.
• Actively participate in the escalation of live errors and service problems to limit downtime and resolve issues.
  
  
  

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in Java as the primary development language.
• Experience with automation and workflow development within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

• Familiarity with HTML and front-end development.
