• Minimum 2 years working as developer or lead in ITSM module development
• Good to know Servicenow Integration, Service portal, CMDB
• Should know Servicenow Core concepts, client and server-side concepts
• Servicenow CAD or CSA certified.
• Good in communication
• Must have Knowledge in Servicenow ITIL module.
• Must know Servicenow platform fundamentals like instance cloning, upgrade, transactions, plugins etc.
• Fine to work during US overlapping hours, (12PM IST to 10PM IST)
