We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow modules with a strong understanding of ITSM, ITAM, HAM, and SAM. This is an onsite role requiring close collaboration with process owners and technical leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITAM, HAM, and SAM
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and enhance core ServiceNow applications
• Ensure effective delivery and ongoing support of IT solutions
• Provide technical expertise to assess impacts across people, process, and technology
• Assist the ServiceNow Tech Lead in configuring and setting up ServiceNow modules

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, integrations, and customization
• Experience with IT process automation, scripting (JavaScript preferred), and workflow design
• Good understanding of ITIL practices and service management principles
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS–ITSM/ITAM)
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management
• Exposure to Agile methodologies
