We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and custom app development. This role demands strong technical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
Gathering and evaluating user feedback.
Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.
Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance.
Ideal Profile
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Technical Expertise:
Proficient in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
Experience with UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
Expertise in building and managing complex workflows, Service Portal, and reporting.
