Role Responsibilities
The candidate should have fair knowledge of ServiceNow development, integrations platform, upgrade and troubleshooting issues in script include business rules, data fetching from the platform, etc.
- [ ] The SME should be able to perform the root cause analysis of the issues reported by the end users and perform the impact assessment and then go for resolution followed by testing and submitting the evidence for
testing and completing the development.
- [ ] This role required Dynamic professional who should be client facing and should be able to work flexibly supporting US time zones in certain cases
- [ ] It is expected that he/ she should have knowledge of various modules of Service Now and be able to work independently without any support.
- [ ] He/she should be following Service Now, best practises while performing development testing and review of the issues.
