**Position Title:** ServiceNow Technical Project Manager/ Architect/ Lead Developer
**Location:** On-site in Woodlawn, MD (Five days a week)
**Position Description**
- Collaborate with customers to define strategies for effectively utilizing ServiceNow services and capabilities.
- Develop an agile work plan and schedule for planning and executing development activities.
- Lead a team of developers to deliver work products and solutions to customers.
- Ensure that all work products meet customer requirements and expectations.
**Basic Qualifications**
- 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with expertise in developing ServiceNow solutions across all platform applications, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR.
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.
- 5+ years of experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications or data sources.
- 5+ years of experience designing and leading complex solutions and integrations.
- 3+ years of experience leading development teams, with a comprehensive understanding of system architecture and design principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with the US Federal Government.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (contract requirement).
- Must be willing to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD, five days a week.
**Required Skills:**
- Experience with project management, requirements management, and Agile development practices.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect preferred.
- Certification in one or more additional relevant areas is preferred, including:
- Certified System Administrator

- Showcase your knowledge of modern development through the following experiences or skills:
- Experience with web development technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.
- Experience implementing JavaScript to automate processes across various ServiceNow modules.
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP web service protocols.
- Experience with business rules, workflows, identification rules, workspaces, and external portals.
- Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP.
- ServiceNow Developer Certification in areas including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM, or HR.
- Project Management or Agile certification.
- ITILv4 Foundations Certification.
**Education:**
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
