Service Team Manager

What You’ll Do:

Leading and managing the customer service team.

Make sure staffing and schedules are organized and service runs smoothly.

Be the main contact for staff and handle important meetings and updates.

Support and coach Team Leads and staff to meet goals and deliver great service.

Handle bigger customer concerns and help turn bad situations into positive experiences.

Keep team morale high with recognition and career growth opportunities.

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

At least 7 years of customer service experience, with at least 5 years in management.

Strong leadership, people skills, and the ability to resolve conflicts.

Experience working in an airport or transportation hub.

A flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Bonus Skills:

Experience managing fast-paced teams under pressure.

Knowledge of scheduling and workforce tools.

Ability to communicate across cultures and languages.
