Description of Position

We are looking for an experienced (4-7 years) and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. As a Service Project Manager, you will be responsible for handling the delivery of our services with professionalism and integrity. Your primary responsibilities will be to maintain existing customer base in San Francisco with a focus on new service business opportunities in the North Bay Area. Our customers and technicians depend on your commitment to quality project management.

 Annual Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000

 Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the assigned client with the development of repairs, projects, and other HVAC solutions
• Estimate repairs, Service Agreements, and projects
• Provide technical and estimating assistance to Service Agreement salesperson
• Utilize service coordinator to assist with estimating, purchasing, subcontractor coordination, and job set up/management task
• Actively participate in all Western Allied safety activities and endeavor to create and manage a  safe working environment in every respect possible
• Coordinate field activities through dispatcher, directly with service technicians, and via construction superintendents
• Respond to field service quote requests (deficiencies) utilizing service coordinator as appropriate
• Provide technical and project management assistance to technicians on assigned accounts
• Other tasks and projects as periodically assigned

Requirement and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Project Management
• 4-7 years of experience as a project manager
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong understanding of the mechanical construction business, especially with design build projects and life sciences
• Able to learn and utilize construction software platforms
• Outstanding organizational skills and able to manage time appropriately to stay on top of tasks and deadlines
• Critical thinker and strong problem-solving skills
• Able to be a team player, but also work independently
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
