Job Details

Duties & Responsibilities

• Help clients plan HVAC repairs, projects, and solutions
• Estimate costs for repairs, service agreements, and projects
• Assist the sales team with technical support and estimating
• Work with the service coordinator for estimating, purchasing, and job setup
• Follow safety protocols and create a safe work environment
• Coordinate activities with service technicians and construction superintendents
• Respond to service quote requests and assist with project needs
• Provide support and guidance to technicians on assigned accounts
• Complete other tasks and projects as needed
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Project Management
• 4-7 years of project management experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong knowledge of mechanical construction, especially design-build and life sciences projects
• Ability to learn and use construction software
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Able to work well with a team and independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
