Shift Basis: 10-hour days, 4 on 3 off

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle customer fault calls professionally.
  • Transaction Management: Conduct accurate transactions per SLA.
  • Fault Logging & Resolution: Log and manage faults, liaising with third-party suppliers.
  • Process Adherence: Keep the fault management system updated.
  • Customer Updates: Regularly update customers on progress.
  • Resource Dispatch: Dispatch global engineering resources.
  • Email Monitoring: Monitor and act on support emails.
  • SLA Management: Ensure SLAs are met and escalate potential failures.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform additional tasks as needed.


Skills & Experience:
