Roofing Service Manager
Position Overview
The Roofing Service Manager will oversee all aspects of roofing service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, efficient project management, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing systems and maintenance practices, as well as exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the roofing service department
- Supervise and coordinate roofing projects and maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and contractors
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for roofing projects
- Coordinate inspections and service repairs
- Lead a team of roofing professionals, providing training and mentorship
- Evaluate project performance and implement improvements as needed
- Manage change orders and material procurement
- Prepare and present reports on service operations and project statuses.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role in the roofing or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of various roofing systems and maintenance procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
