The Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting a Westside client’s operational budget by servicing and troubleshooting the client’s security systems and remote locations.

What To Expect...

• Evaluate, diagnose, service, troubleshoot, and perform break-fix preventative maintenance on Lenel OnGuard, Axis cloud video surveillance security systems, and 2N intercoms.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical information.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, ticketing/incident management systems, and D-Tools for efficient task management.
• Use a variety of diagnostic tools for troubleshooting and circuit analysis to ensure accurate repairs and installations.
• Utilize hand and power tools, including drills and screwdrivers, for installation purposes as required.
• Display high-level tech-savviness, utilizing a customer-issued laptop to access systems, including familiarity with Atlias & Confluence, Google Workspace, and BlueBeam for PDF drawings.
  
  

You've got what it takes if you have...

• 3+ years as a Lead Technician or a Service Manager
• Lenel OnGuard Core Certification
• Working knowledge of Genetec, Bosch and Lenel systems.
• Computer skills that include Microsoft Office and (ideally) D-Tools, as well as the ability to use the internet as a research tool and resource.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, plans and specifications.
• Ability to climb ladders, work in ceilings, and work outdoors with boom lifts.
• Clean driving record and ACE card (or the ability to obtain one).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with coworkers, clients, tradespeople and vendors.
• Knowledge of applicable safety and security regulations and best practices.
