Analyze customer claims, and regularly reporting issues related to claims to the superior.
Propose process improvements and optimization suggestions to reduce subsequent claims; 分析客户投诉,定期将客诉相关问题上报领导。提出流程改善和优化建议,减少后续投诉;
Assist Service Manager to supervise the service team in their daily duties including planning of work-scope, personnel allocation, assess tool requirement, scheduling and execution of works. Carry out regular monitoring of work progress and ensure works carried as per plan. 协助服务经理监督服务团队的日常工作,包括工作内容计划、人员调配、工具评估、工作时间安排。定期检查工作进度,确保各项任务按计划执行; Assist Service Manager to do briefing and debriefing of the engineers before and after the jobs; 协助服务经理在服务工作前后做好情况说明及复盘工作; Assist with job folders for timely submission of time sheets, service reports and other related reports for final billing; 协助相关服务工程师及时提交工单、服务报表及其他相关报告以便出具账单; Assist Service Manager to track and control the cost for service works in progress by ensuring optimum manpower deployment, efficient time on task, material consuming and miscellaneous expenses; 通过优化人力配置、时间效能、物品消耗和其他开支来协助服务经理跟踪并管控服务工作的成本; Coordinate and prepare the spare parts required for service work, or during the service process; 协调并准备安排服务工作或服务过程中所需的备件; Prepare the necessary boarding documents for engineers to do onboard services; 为工程师上船服务准备相关的登船文件; Provide reports for all services; 对所有服务项目提供报表; Other jobs assigned by the superior. 完成领导交代的其他工作。 任职要求: College or above in Marine/Mechanical Engineering or ship service related field; Minimal 3 years experience in relevant field of service coordination; Experience in Project Management, coordination, or similar roles; Maritime engineering background is a plus. Technical understanding or background and general knowledge of filters or industrial products Reporting and analyzing skills Able to prioritize workload with support of own manager General knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams Basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis knowledge Fluency in English and Mandarin is required (both written and spoken) Excellent communication skills
