Summary

  • Preferred experience in On/Off highway equipment’s
  • Lead the initiatives, build, and maintain an active pipeline of VAVE projects.
  • Work with global stakeholders for project execution through idea generation & design
  • Understanding of manufacturing and product cost accounting
  • A highly entrepreneurial sense of urgency along with a passion for the continuous improvement is desirable.
  • Working knowledge in sheet metal, weldments will be added advantage.
  • Ability to lead cross functional internal teams.
  • Knowledge of PLM, PDM system, Engineering change management
  • Good knowledge of 3D Modelling / Drafting
  • Working knowledge of Inventor / CATIA V5 / Creo will be added advantage.
