CTC- Upto 24 Lpa

Working Days- 6 day

Location- Pune

Job Responsibilities

1) Complete Product Development Cycle

2) Existing product modifications

3) Product testing at national/international laboratories for quality compliance confirmations

4) Incorporating new technology in products

5) Interaction with sales team and/or customers for understanding application requirements

6) Customer/site visit for troubleshooting if required

7) Technical documentation, product analysis and testing

8) Facing Quality system audit

9) Leading a team of engineers

Requirements and skills

1) Postgraduate/Graduate – electronics

2) Experience minimum 15 years in industrial product design

3) Experience of design/development in at least three of below mentioned areas:-

a. Analogue and power electronics

b. Power supplies

c. Convertors

d. Microcontroller architecture and product design

e. Embedded programming

f. Communication/interfacing protocols and related hardware/software design

4) Awareness/knowledge of PCB designing, coral draw and AutoCAD

5) Comfortable and capable in leading a team of hardware, software and PCB layout engineers.
