Job Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team at Think Digitally. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces and experience of web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should also have at least 3 years of proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality UI/UX designs. Job Description: Design visually appealing and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience. Create UX/UI designs, implement responsive layouts, and ensure a smooth user journey. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and quality of the final product. Maintain design consistency through the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner and engage in discussions as required. Collaborate within an agile development setting, actively engaging in sprint preparation, daily stand-up meetings, and sprint reviews. Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies. Ensure all design deliverables are appropriately documented to ensure clarity and effective communication with other teams. Assist the business growth team in estimating new business opportunities and completing associated documentation. Skills and Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to conduct user research and usability testing and apply findings to improve designs. Experience with responsive design principles and creating designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Strong portfolio highlighting a range of UX/UI design projects.
