Position: UI/UX Designer/Engineer

Location: G Block, Johar Town, Lahore

Type: Full-time | Salary: PKR 60,000-80,000

Working Hours: 8 hours/day (with flexibility)

Job Purpose

Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer/Engineer to craft visually appealing, intuitive, and user-centered designs. This role bridges design and front-end functionality, ensuring engaging and responsive digital experiences that align with user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• User Interface Design: Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that communicate design concepts clearly and effectively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications across devices and platforms.
• User Research & Insights: Conduct and analyze user research to inform and enhance the user experience.
• Prototyping & Usability Testing: Build interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to identify and resolve UX issues.
• Maintain Design Standards: Develop and uphold design guidelines for visual consistency across all platforms.
• Iterative Design Process: Improve UI designs based on user feedback, testing, and evolving trends.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design/prototyping tools.
• Design Principles: Strong understanding of user-centered design and UX best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI structures
• Basic web development skills and understanding of how design integrates with front-end development.
