About the Role: 

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive, user-centric experiences across digital platforms. You will be responsible for transforming user insights and business goals into seamless and aesthetically pleasing designs that enhance the overall experience. Your expertise in UI design, UX strategies, and prototyping using tools like Figma and Miro will be critical to this role. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• User Interface (UI) Design for Data and Dashboards: Design high-quality, data-rich interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring usability and accessibility. Create visually compelling dashboards and data visualizations that simplify complex data for user understanding and action. 
• User Experience (UX) Strategy for Data Presentation: Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes specifically for dashboard-driven products, focusing on optimal ways to organize and present information. Leverage user insights to design experiences that support decision-making and enhance data interpretation. 
• Prototyping: Design interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and user journeys. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on design ideas and validate design concepts. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and user needs, and translate them into intuitive, functional designs. 
• Tools Utilization: 
• Figma: Leverage Figma for UI design, prototyping, and collaboration, ensuring design consistency and efficient handoff to development teams. 
• Miro: Use Miro for brainstorming, wireframing, and collaboration with teams during the ideation and design process. 

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects. 
• Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma and Miro. 
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. 
• Experience with prototyping and wireframing, with the ability to iterate based on user feedback. 
• Ability to balance multiple projects and collaborate with different teams. 
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. 
• Familiarity with design systems and style guides. 
• Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus.
