Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manages treasury function, including meeting short and long-term funding needs and Timely reporting of all treasury activities to senior management.
• Evaluates capital expenditures, investment activities and portfolio management.
• Preparation of required documentation like CMA statements and other documents for procurement of loans
• Preparation of Financial projections, P & L , Balance sheet and Cash flow
• Monitor all funding transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Manages banking relationships
• Determines appropriate capital structure.
• Initiates and oversees execution of all capital market transactions.
• Manages Treasury accounting
• Serves as the company's representative to the financial/investment community and shareholders.
• Reviewing funding needs, monthly reporting of all treasury activities to senior management
• Implement / Execute cost saving initiatives like negotiating interest rates.

Desired Qualifications:

• Should be postgraduate with 08 to12 plus years of experience in handling treasury function from Services industry.
• You have strong experience in managing the treasury function as well as experience of treasury accounting
• You have strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
• You have procured new loans exceeding 100 crore at a time through banking with multiple banks as well as consortium banking.
• You are thorough in writing effective loan proposal to banks and have been able to procure loans successfully.
• You have managed investor relations in your prior experience
• Sound working knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint
