BHIVE Workspace is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Treasury Analyst to manage and oversee banking operations, fund transfers, and various payouts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient treasury management processes while maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions and internal stakeholders.

Experience Required:

• Qualified CA with 3+ years of work experience, or
• Semi-Qualified CA / B.Com / M.Com with 6–8 years of work experience

• Oversee daily banking operations across multiple accounts.
• Manage fund transfers, settlements, and ensure accurate and timely payouts (vendor payments, salaries, statutory dues).
• Maintain and strengthen banking relationships; handle negotiations and day-to-day interactions with banks.
• Manage fund flow activities including inflows, outflows, and liquidity management.
• Prepare and monitor daily cash position reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations related to treasury functions.
• Support audit processes with accurate treasury records and documentation.
• Identify and implement improvements in treasury processes and systems for efficiency.

• Prior work experience in Banking Operations, Vendor Payouts, Fund Flow Management, and Banking Relationship Management is essential.
• Strong knowledge of banking processes, treasury operations, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and familiarity with banking portals and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
