🚀 We're Hiring: Quality Assurance Automation Engineer
We're looking for a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join a global team working on high-impact documentation, meetings, and translation management systems used across international operations.
As a QA Automation Engineer, you’ll ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software by taking ownership of both manual and automated testing efforts—collaborating closely with developers, project managers, and other QA team members.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Support software development and the rollout of new releases by testing systems and applications
- Participate in planning, design, development, and deployment from a QA perspective
- Focus on test case creation using Gherkin syntax and managing release testing (50%)
- Build and maintain automated tests and frameworks using Selenium and C# (25%)
- Maintain technical documentation and test/functional specifications
- Research and apply QA best practices; recommend tools and process improvements
- Contribute to QA documentation, reports, and internal communications
- Perform other QA-related duties as needed
✅ Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software QA
- At least 3 years of experience in test automation framework development or automated test suite design
- Hands-on experience in Selenium with C# is required
- 3+ years of experience working in Agile (SCRUM) environments
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps Services or Team Foundation Server (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Test Manager (a plus)
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a bonus
