We are looking for a seasoned Principal QA Architect with 15–20 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Automation Strategy, and Test Architecture for our client (the biggest financial institution of India).

This is a critical leadership role where you'll define and drive the QA vision across a complex and diverse suite of enterprise-grade applications and platforms.

You’ll lead the transformation of QA practices by implementing modern, scalable automation frameworks and integrating quality principles throughout the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a technical leader with strong hands-on experience, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record in enterprise QA leadership.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute an enterprise-wide QA strategy across multiple products and platforms.
• Establish standards for test architecture including automation, performance, security, and reliability.
• Design and evolve scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, mobile, and backend systems.
• Evaluate, adopt, and implement cutting-edge QA tools and technologies.
• Mentor and lead distributed QA teams, promoting innovation and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality across SDLC.
• Monitor quality metrics, test coverage, and defect trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Champion shift-left testing, CI/CT, and quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay abreast of QA trends and advocate for emerging technologies in automation and testing.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 15–20 years of experience in software testing with 10+ years in a QA Architect or QA Lead capacity.
• Deep expertise in QA methodologies, automation tools, and testing processes.
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, Angular, or Python).
• Experience with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, JUnit, TestNG.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Build Piper, etc.
• Knowledge of microservices testing, containerization (Kubernetes/OpenShift), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
