Senior Technical Sourcer - Engineering

What You'll Do:
* Be a Talent Strategist: Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to deeply understand our most critical technical needs and shape bespoke sourcing strategies.
* Discover Top Engineering Talent: Tap into platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow-and your own network-to identify and engage world-class candidates across backend, infrastructure, AI/ML, and more.
* Tell a Compelling Story: You'll be the first voice candidates hear-bring Moveworks' mission, culture, and future to life through thoughtful, personalized outreach.
* Build for Now and the Future: Develop and nurture pipelines of high-potential, passive candidates, ensuring we're ready to hire not just for today's roles, but tomorrow's big bets.
* Be a True Partner to the Business: Collaborate with recruiters and engineering leadership to share market intel, calibrate profiles, and adjust strategies in real-time.
* Operate with Data: Track sourcing metrics and funnel health, using data to iterate and improve on outreach, messaging, and conversion.
* Champion the Candidate Experience: From first touch to final interview, make every interaction reflect the quality and care of Moveworks' culture.
Experience:
* 4+ years of technical sourcing experience, with a proven track record of hiring for roles in engineering, machine learning, and/or product.
* Strong background in sourcing for hard-to-fill roles in competitive markets.
Sourcing Expertise:
* Proficient in sourcing tools, platforms, and strategies to find top-tier technical talent (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, boolean searches).
* Experience with diversity sourcing strategies and building inclusive talent pipelines.
Communication Skills:
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with candidates.
Collaboration Skills:
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and builds strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
Technical Acumen:
* Comfortable discussing technical concepts and assessing candidate qualifications for roles in software engineering, AI/ML, and related fields.
Data-Driven Approach:
* Experience using data to track progress, measure success, and inform strategy.
