In this critical role you will lead a cross-functional recruiting team that supports multiple lines of business and partners with both internal and external stakeholders. You'll collaborate closely with our People Leadership Team and senior leaders across the organization to oversee and continuously improve the global recruiting process for Apple. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of building and leading organizational recruiting strategies and processes while ensuring Apple is able to attract the world's best talent. This role is for a strategic yet hands on leader who thrives in dynamic environments and champions innovative hiring best practices executed with precision. The Global Recruiting Leader will drive key initiatives, partner closely with executive leadership, and foster a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and compassion. A deep commitment to Apple's core values, a high attention to detail, and the ability to influence at all levels are essential. Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline. Experience leading global recruiting efforts and understanding international labor markets. Proven experience partnering with large, cross-functional and global People organizations to align talent strategies and deliver scalable solutions. High learning agility with the ability to balance existing processes while driving meaningful change. Deep curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement, innovation and excellence.
