Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of a cutting-edge platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale software projects involving high-performance, real-time systems, and integration of multiple components like Data Feeds, Event Management, and Risk Management Modules. While previous experience in the sports betting industry is a plus, we are primarily seeking a candidate with proven success in leading complex technical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution:
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define requirements for the platform.
• Lead technical teams using methodologies like Agile or Scrum to ensure efficient delivery of projects.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure clear communication.
• Risk & Issue Management:
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in the project lifecycle, while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Manage dependencies across different teams and proactively resolve challenges.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure deliverables meet business needs and quality standards.
• Oversee testing, feedback, and continuous improvement processes.
• Technical Expertise:
• Manage the integration of high-performance, real-time systems such as Data Feeds, Event Management Modules (EMM), Risk Management Modules (RMM), and other software components.
• Ensure the platform adheres to industry best practices for security, scalability, and performance.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on delivering complex software systems.
• Proven experience in managing projects involving real-time data, high-performance systems, or similar large-scale platforms.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with integrating complex software systems, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of real-time systems, data processing, or financial systems is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive large teams toward successful delivery.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with third-party integrations and managing high-performance software platforms.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Management.
• Understanding of compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) as they apply to software platforms.
