• Guide teams in adopting modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and DevOps methodologies.

Hands-on Development & Technical Oversight:

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications, with deep expertise in web or Mobile applications

Team & Project Management:

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and DevOps professionals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
• Manage project execution following Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies to ensure timely deliveries.
• Define and track KPIs for performance, quality, and security across development lifecycles.

• Act as a technical advisor to business leaders, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Effectively translate business needs into technical solutions while ensuring feasibility and scalability.

• Full-stack development: Hands-on experience in React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Java, .NET, Python.
• Mobile application development: Native (iOS/Android) and cross-platform (Flutter, React Native).
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform.
• AI/ML & Data Engineering: Experience with GenAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, Big Data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop), and data pipelines (Kafka, Airflow).
• CI/CD & Automation: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: OWASP, Zero Trust Architecture, IAM, GDPR, HIPAA compliance.
