Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at GBR Constructions located in Chennai. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Project management and construction site supervision skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the construction industry
• Occupational Health and Safety certification is a plus
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
