What You’ll Do:

• Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key clients
• Collaborate with our technical teams to deliver seamless solutions and support.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements.
• Manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a technical client-facing role, ideally within a managed service environment.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.

This role will be 3 days a week on-site in Stamford, CT. There is a base salary up to $130,000 and great benefits.
