About the Role

As a Senior System Engineer, you will be responsible for project management responsibilities from reception to closure according to customer’s technical requirements and specifications for Building Management System (BMS) projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties on designs and system schematics/ technical drawings for BMS system installations
• Coordinate programs of works constructed on site and expedite resolutions to resolve problems affecting the achievement of project deliverables
• Perform inspections for the evaluation of technical defects and prioritize rectification works for the achievement of project timeline
• Draft minutes for E&M works progress, site health, safety, and environmental issues, labour relations, and site group coordination, etc

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Service Engineering, or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of BMS system project management experience, all of which should be obtained within the sectors of E&M Contracting or Building Technologies
• Candidate must have previous exposure to project management responsibilities for BMS systems
• Proficient in building networking protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, M-Bus, and LonWorks is required
• Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Individual with a can-do attitude to overcome challenges and obstacles the position might encounter
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the title of System Engineer
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
