Role: Senior SQL Developer

Job Description:

Primary Skillset:

SQL Proficiency: Strong expertise in SQL, particularly with stored procedures

Secondary Skillset:

C++: Solid understanding and hands-on experience in C++, HTML

Version Control System:

Experience with VSS or GIT: Proficiency in at least one version control system like VSS or GIT to manage code changes

Incident Management Tool:

Jira: Proficient in using Jira for tracking, managing, and resolving incidents

Experience & Responsibilities:

Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable application features, ensuring alignment between customer needs and delivered solutions.

Hands-on experience in the complete software development life cycle including design, coding, testing, and deployment of applications.

Application Maintenance : Identifying and troubleshooting bugs or performance issues in existing applications, delivering timely fixes within agreed-upon timelines

Incident Management : Involved in responding to incidents, ensuring swift liaison with customers, and resolving issues efficiently

Responsible for ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the incident resolution process.

Collaboration with Clients: Regular interaction with clients to discuss product bugs, gather requirements, and provide updates on ongoing issues.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, helping them improve their coding skills, debug complex issues, and understand best practices.

Code Reviews: Regularly conduct thorough code reviews to ensure that code quality is maintained, and adherence to best practices and coding standards is followed.
